    How do you convert

    180 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood

    BAC is measured as grams per 100 mL (or grams per deciliter)
    Therefore, 180 mg / 100 mL = 0.18 g / 100 mL = a BAC of 0.18%
